The Beachfront Motel and Cottages offer architect designed, modern, quiet motel rooms and cottages opposite the beach with wonderful sea views. Ideal for overnight, weekend or holiday stays. The fully serviced motel units are well appointed with private facilities. Our fully self contained studio style cottages are perfect for two or more days, designed for comfort and privacy with quiet garden settings. The Beachfront's facilities include undercover parking, guest laundry and barbecue area. We are a two minute walk for great food and coffee, and of course just across the road to the beach.

Apollo Bay is regarded by many as "Paradise by the Sea", with it's wide crescent shaped sandy swimming beach and backdrop of rolling hills. Apollo Bay is the perfect place to find a secluded beach, go horseriding, surf, stroll through the fern gullies of the magnificent Otway National Park or dig for treasure at the Saturday market. Enjoy a treetop walk along the Otway Fly and experience a bird's eye view of the spectacular Otways rainforest, explore the historic Cape Otway Lightstation, visit the Twelve Apostles, tackle the Great Ocean Walk, watch out for a Southern Right Whale or play the most picturesque nine holes in Australia at the Apollo Bay Golf Club.

Dine on the catch of the day and other fresh regional produce at the local restaurants, cafes and hotels. Buy fresh seafood from the harbourside fishermen's co-op and enjoy a barbeque back at The Beachfront. Take a drive up Marriners Lookout Road for panoramic views over the bay and coast, have a drink at the local, catch a sunset from the harbour, curl up with a book and listen to the roar of the Southern Ocean.

Apollo Bay plays host to many well known events including - The Apollo Bay Show, Food and Wine Festival in January, The Apollo Bay Music Festival in March and the Great Ocean Road Marathon in May.
